Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, pour half cup of water.
  2. Add the flour,salt and oil.
  3. Start mixing it.
  4. Keep pouring d rest 1/2 cup water slowly into it.
  5. Knead the dough thoroughly.
  6. Divide it into 8 equal parts.
  7. Lightly dust the work place.
  8. Dip each ball in flour.
  9. Roll each balls into a thin round with a rolling pin.Keep turning it around while rolling.
  10. Heat a flat skillet over medium heat.
  11. Flip it onto the hot skillet.
  12. When small bubbles appear on it, flip it onto the other side.Keep turning it round.
  13. Flip it again.Lightly press the chapati and it will puff up.
  14. Once done,remove the chapati from the skillet.
  15. Serve it hot.
