Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut cake into 2 layers
  2. Whip the cream
  3. To whipped cream add sugar, vanilla, strawberries, pineapple, and marshmallows
  4. Mix well
  5. Then cover bottom and top layers of cake with this mixture
  6. Sprinkle top and sides generously with toasted coconut OR
  7. When ready to serve, place whole or sliced strawberries on each piece
  8. Keep in refrigerator
