Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream shrtening and brown sugar.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; gradually add to the cramed mixture.
  4. Stir in chopped candy bars and oats.
  5. Drop by rounded Tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased or parchment-lined baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Remove to wire racks to cool.
