Ingredients:

  • 284 ml heavy cream
  • 200 ml champagne

Directions:

  1. Whip the cream and sugar together to soft peaks.
  2. Then whip in the Champagne until you have a soft, spoonable mixture.
  3. Serve with macaroons if desired.
