Directions:

  1. Prepare the celeric and par boil it for 5 minutes.
  2. In a baking dish mix together the onion, apple. oregano and celeric.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Place in 375 preheated oven for 30 miutes.
  6. Season with salt & pepper.
