Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet over moderate heat.
  2. Combine eggs, watercress, salt and pepper then add to pan.
  3. Cook lifting edges with fork until omelet is done then fold omelet in half.
  4. Turn out onto serving plate then top with sour cream and caviar.
