Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Steam or boil cauliflower florets until tender.
  2. Mix cauliflower, heavy cream, salt, pepper and dill in mixing bowl.
  3. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 baking dish.
  4. On top of the cauliflower, layer the cheddar and monterey jack cheeses.
  5. Dot with pieces of goat cheese.
  6. Dust with Parmesan.
  7. Add fresh mozzarella.
  8. Bake covered at 350 degrees for one hour.
  9. Uncover and bake until cheese is brown and bubbly.
  10. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
