Directions:

  1. Boil cauliflower florets until very tender. In a large bowl, mash boiled cauliflower with all other ingredients. Put into a food processor for a couple of minutes, or until smooth and then spoon mixture into a casserole dish and top with plenty of Parmesan. Bake at 350 for about half an hour to 40 minutes
