Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. catfish
  • 3 ribs of celery-chopped
  • 1 small onion-chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 small can evap. milk
  • pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook the fish and veggies in water add salt
  2. Till fish is tender to pull out bones.
  3. Se aside.
  4. Melt butter and flour;add milk.
  5. Cook until thickened.
  6. Stir in evap. milk,add the fish and veggies.
  7. Simmer till veggies are tender.
