Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Seperate dough into 12 breadsticks.
  3. Cut each into 4 pieces; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; place on wire racks.
  6. Cool 5 minutes or until slightly cooled.
  7. Split each in half lengthwise, keeping tops and bottoms together to form minature buns.
  8. Reduce oven temp to 350 degrees.
  9. Beat egg in medium bowl.
  10. Add onion, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  11. Stir in bread crumbs.
  12. Add ground beef; mix well.
  13. Press ground beef mixture into thin layer in bottom of ungreased 13x9-in. pan.
  14. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  15. Cut into 48 rectangles (8 strips crosswise and 6 strips lengthwise).
  16. Fill buns with minature burgers.
  17. Place ketchup in small bowl for dipping sauce.
  18. Serve immediately.
  19. NOTE: To make Castle Cheeseburger Bites, top hot cooked filling with processed cheese squares.
  20. Return them to the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese before cutting and assembling the bites as directed.
