Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add carrots and cook until tender about 15 minutes then drain well and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Add shallots and cook stirring occasionally until beginning to brown about two minutes.
  5. Add honey, mustard and salt then stir to combine.
  6. Add carrots and heat through then serve immediately.
