Ingredients:

  • 3 cups mashed, cooked carrots (2 cans of stokley baby sweet carrots)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Scrape carrots and cook until tender. Mash carrots with a potato masher. Mix in rest of ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole baking dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or bake about 10 minutes in microwave oven.
