  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add grated carrots and onions; saute for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in cheese, cooked rice and eggs.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 11x13 baking dish.
  5. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
