Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut meat in cubes -into pan with oil brown
  2. After meat has browned,add flour,salt,pepper,cummin,garlic powder
  3. Add onion,bell pepper,potatoes,jalapinos,tomatoes and enough water to cover
  4. Cover and cook 30-45 minutes
  5. Serve with rice, beans and tortillas
