Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1 lb spinach

Directions:

  1. Brown the tofu in the olive oil and garlic
  2. Add brown sugar and pecans
  3. Remove from heat and set aside
  4. Cook spinach in the same pan
  5. Add tofu mixture and serve
