  1. Cover bottom as a greased 13 x9 baking pan with 1/2 of crushed Oreos and butter to form crust.
  2. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  3. Beat together ice cream, pudding mix and milk.
  4. Pour mixture over cool crust.
  5. Top with whipped cream and remaining cookies.
  6. Freeze for one hour; then store in refrigerator.
