Ingredients:

  1. In a heavy sauce pan add corn and cover
  2. With the water then bring it to a boil
  3. And simmer.........
  4. Peel the potatoes along with the pumpkin,
  5. Remove the pumpkin seeds and dice both of
  6. The vegetables.............
  7. Now chop the celery and the spring onions
  8. Then peel and chop the tomato............
  9. Add the coconut milk to the pan together
  10. With the prepared vegetables.............
  11. Next season with the freshly ground black
  12. Pepper and the thyme, add the lime juice................
  13. Finally, continue cooking on low heat for
  14. About 20 to 25 minutes until, vegetables
  15. Are soft...........
  16. Remove the thyme before serving.
  17. Serves 4............enjoy!!!! this is delicious................
