Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large stock pot heat oil
  2. Add onion, carrots and green pepper, saute
  3. Add rice, chili and pepper, saute
  4. Add garlic, saute
  5. Add water, garlic powder, tomato sauce, chicken, bay leaf and vinegar.
  6. Cook for 1 hour covered until chicken is done.
  7. Take chicken out and debone add chunks of chicken back inches.
  8. Remove bay leaves.
