Ingredients:

  • 4 -6 eight-oz boneless chicken breasts or 4 -6 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine the jalapeño pepper, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts and let marinate overnight.
  2. Choose your favorite cooking method to prepare the chicken. We like kabobs on the grill with fruit and veggies.
