Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan with foil; arrange pineapple in pan.
  2. Mix syrup, rum and pepper; brush half of the mixture over pineapple.
  3. Broil 4 inches from heat until glaze is caramelized, about 4 minutes.
  4. Turn pineapple and brush with remaining glaze. Broil until caramelized.
