Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Place sugar in a heavy pan and heat very slowly until melted and browned,stirring constantly.
  2. Add boiling water slowly, stirring vigorously.
  3. Cook until syrupy.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cream and butter.
