Caramel Fondue for Four

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz caramel candies , i used werther's original chewy caramels
  • 2 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Remove plastic wrap from caramels.
  2. Slowly melt caramels with butter and milk in a small sauce pan over med. low heat, stirring often.
  3. Add a little more milk if it is too thick.
  4. When melted and mixed well, pour into a small fondue pot to keep warm.
  5. Serve with sliced fruit and tortilla chips.
  6. Stir occasionally and watch for scorching as it can become to hot near the heat source.
  7. ENJOY!
