Ingredients:

  • 8 slices french bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Slice apples leave skin on.
  2. Sautee apples in 1/2 cup brown sugar.
  3. Mix: eggs and coconut milk.
  4. Add - vanilla,and cinnamon.
  5. Dredge french bread in batter and fry in butter until golden -.
  6. Place apples on french toast -.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce on top -.
  8. For the carmel sauce;.
  9. 3/4 cup butter.
  10. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar.
  11. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  12. 3/4 cup heavy cream.
  13. Melt butter,sugar, and salt.
  14. Bring to boil.
  15. Remove from heat add:.
