Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onions and saute for 5 minutes, until golden. Add the garlic and anchovies and saute for 2 minutes. Add the wine and stir until blended.
  2. Add the fresh tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, red pepper, and black pepper. Cook slowly for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the tuna and olives and heat through.
  4. Serve immediately over pasta
