Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Let potatoes soak in water and soda for 10 min then drain in collander.
  2. In saucepan combine sugar water,salt, and orange slices.
  3. Bring to a boil then add raw potatoes and cook until syrup is thick and potatoes are done.
  4. When ready to serve add 2-3 tablespoons of butter.
