Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Put freshly popped corn into a large bowl.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Spray a large, shallow roasting pan with nonstick spray.
  5. Combine egg white, corn syrup, vanilla, salt and granular Splenda in a mixing bowl; whisk until blended.
  6. Stir in peanuts.
  7. Pour syrup mixture in prepared roasting pan.
  8. Bake popcorn, uncovered, for 12 minutes, stir, and bake for another 12 minutes.
  9. Remove pan from oven, spread popcorn on waxed paper to cool.
  10. Store tightly covered in a cool, dry place.
  11. Yields 10 cups.
