Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Spread pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. (Don't overbake; pecans burn easily.)
  2. Melt butter and honey in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add pecans, stirring until coated. Cool completely.
  3. Combine sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Remove pecans using a slotted spoon, and place in sugar mixture, tossing to coat.
