Candied Orange Walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups walnuts

Directions:

  1. Bring sugar and orange juice to a rolling boil.
  2. Boil one minute.
  3. Add extract and walnuts.
  4. Stir well until evenly coated
  5. Pour walnuts onto wax paper.
  6. Let sit until dried.
  7. Store in airtight container.
