Ingredients:

  • 2 package baby carrots
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Cook carrots for 15 minutes in the microwave until tender but not mushy.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour glaze over carrots. Place glazed carrots back in microwave for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.
