  1. In a non stick skillet:
  2. Brown ground beef (1 1/2 lbs)
  3. Add instant rice (1 1/2 cups dry)
  4. Add Sauerkraut (2 cups, undrained)
  5. Add garlic
  6. Sprinkle with Onion Powder
  7. Cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  8. Add a little bit of water if it starts to stick to the bottom of the pan.
