Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shrimp , boiled just until pink and peeled
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  2. Brown onion and shrimp; stir in flour chili powder and milk.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes; add parsley and ketchup.
  4. Steam for several minutes before serving.
