Ingredients:

  • 5/8 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • 2 1/2 tsp corn starch
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 6 cup milk
  • 5/8 cup corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cook all but eggs & vanilla until thickened slightly. Add 1 cup to beaten eggs and then add back to pot. Cook another 5 minutes or so. Freeze.
