Ingredients:

  • 1-/2 cups granulated
  • 2 tsp baking
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Sift all dry ingredients then add eggs and pineapple and blend well.
  2. Pour into greased rectangular pain and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  3. Combine all icing ingredients except pecans and coconut then cook until it thickens slightly.
  4. Add pecans and coconut then spread over warm cake.
