Ingredients:

  • 1 lb catfish fillets
  • 1 package golden dipt oven easy cajun style bakeable coating

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375*. Dip fish fillets in beaten egg. Drain of excess. Roll fillets in Golden Dipt Oven Easy Cajun Style bakeable coating to cover evenly. Bake on fiol lined baking sheet 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
