  1. Beat cream cheese, parmesan cheese and dressing with mixer on medium speed.
  2. Spread on bottom of 9 inch pie pan. Top with lettuce and croutons. sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
  3. Garnish with lemon wedges.
