Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toss together macaroni, cabbage, celery, green pepper, onion and kidney beans.
  2. Blend together remaining ingredients in top part of double boiler.
  3. Cook over simmering water for 5 minutes then pour over vegetables and toss well.
