Cabbage and Peas Sabzi - Indian

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 small potatoe
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Directions:

  1. Chop Cabbage, peel and chop potatoes in wedges, chop onions and grate ginger
  2. Heat oil in a wok, add onions and stir till lightly carmelized.
  3. Add turmeric and salt and the cut vegetables
  4. Stir on hight heat for a few minutes, cover and reduce heat. Cook on medioum heat, stirring occasionally until cooked to your preference
