Buttery Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter; add olive oil and garlic.
  2. Warm over medium heat for 1 minute.
  3. Add black pepper and oregano.
  4. Cut loaves in half lengthwise and brush with garlic butter mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and toast on a grill or under a broiler until golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately.
