Butterscotch Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Beat together the sugar, eggs, zucchini, oil and vanilla.
  2. Add dry ingredients to flour.
  3. Then the other mixture.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Add pudding mix, oats and nuts.
  6. Grease a 5x9 bread pan.
  7. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
