Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Comine milk, butterscotch chips and marshmallows in microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave, uncovered at 80% power for 3 minutes, stirring approximately every 30-45 seconds so marshmallows don't burn.
  3. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  4. Fold in peanuts.
  5. Pour mixture into 11 x 7 inch pan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours**.
  7. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
  8. Serving number depends on size of fudge pieces cut*.
