Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 oz) package jello butterscotch fat free instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold nonfat milk
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Beat milk & pudding mix til thick.
  2. Fold in rest of ingredients & serve immediately or refrigerate til ready to serve.
  3. Wonderful with Pepridge Farms Chessmen cookies.
