Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp cream of tartar or 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Add cream of tartar or lemon juice to the milk.
  2. Stir and allow it to stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  3. When milk starts to curdle, stir well.
  4. Buttermilk is ready to serve.
