Buttermilk Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup buttermilk (more if thinner dressing is desired)
  • 1/2 tsp msg
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  1. Mix everything (I put it in a quart canning jar) let stand overnight.
  2. Crumbled blue cheese may be added (Sometimes I add a little cottage cheese, just for texture).
