Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 1/3 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Place the ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer: Select the Basic or White Bread setting, and Start.
