Buttermilk Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
  2. Stir in the cheese, buttermilk, butter and salt.
  3. Add macaroni; mix well.
  4. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160F.
