Buttermilk Fudge Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 2/3 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, combine sugar and nonsweetened cocoa; add milk and heat.
  2. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Cool.
  4. Beat smooth buttermilk and vanilla.
  5. Combine with chocolate milk.
  6. Chill and stir freeze.
