Buttermilk Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 lb chicken
  • 3/4 cup parmesan
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 8 slice white bread

Directions:

  1. Preheat to 400. Grease a baking sheet. Mix together buttermilk, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Soak chicken in mixture. Combine cheese and breadcrumb in food processor.
  2. Coat and bake for 35 minutes.
