Butter Pecan Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Heat sugar in a heavy pan over low heat, stir until dissolved and carmelized or golden.
  2. Whisk in salt and milk, stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and pecans -
  4. Serve warm over ice cream etc.
