Buffalo Style Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1 rib celery -- finely diced

Directions:

  1. Hard cook eggs.
  2. Cool, shell, then cut in half to make 12 shells.
  3. Mash yellows and mix well all other ingredients except diced celery.
  4. Spoon yellow mixture back into shells.
  5. Garnish with diced celery.
