Ingredients:

  • 4 large onions - cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix together hot sauce, butter , chili sauce & chili powder in a small bowl
  2. Brush on both sides of onion slices
  3. Place onions on grill over medium heat
  4. Grill onions 10 mins or until tender, turning & basting often with chili mixture.
  5. Onions can be prepared ahead & grilled just before serving
